60-HTA is a soft, high temperature closed cell foam for automotive manufacturing as well as general industrial and HVAC applications. A significant improvement over traditional PVC products, Foam Seal HT foams outperform more expensive alternatives. 60-HTA is a cost-effective replacement for EPDM.

60-HTA is designed for applications requiring a low force to compress, and for filling large voids and variable gaps. It remains pliable at temperatures of -30°F to 230°F (-34°C to 110°C).

An automotive grade PVC foam, 60-HTA is durable and conforms to the specifications outlined in GMW 17408 Class II Type II (interior/exterior applications) and GMW 17408 class IV, Type II. 60-HTA can be classified to 2B0 as specified by ASTM D-1056.

This Foam Seal HT foam is sulfur free, low VOC, certified Prop 65 compliant, and resistant to UV, petroleum, & cleaning solutions.

We manufacture to your specifications. 60-HTA is available in 1/16” to 1/2” gauges, and has a shelf life of 6 months with adhesive and 2 years without adhesive when stored at or below 75°F.
